BrightLife Kids Celebrates World Mental Health Day!

This October, BrightLife Kids is celebrating both ADHD Awareness Month and World Mental Health Day. This free, state-funded behavioral health coaching program for California families with kids ages 0–12 is helping families care for their kids’ brains just like they would any other part of the body. To help their child learn self-awareness and empathy, they’ve introduced their Brain Buddy — a concept that helps kids not only separate who they are from how they feel, but to celebrate the superpowers that can come with neurodiversity.

Visit the BrightLife Kids website to download activities and a helpful flyer, read blogs about neurodiversity, and register for their October 22nd webinar about celebrating differences and building strengths in neurodiverse kids and families.
