Kinder Orientation
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and your child to Kindergarten or Transitional Kindergarten this year at Pine Grove STEM Elementary School. We are sure this will be a very successful and rewarding time.
The school year begins on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. On Tuesday, August 11, 2026 we will hold an orientation for parents and TK/Kindergarten pupils. This will allow you and your child to get acquainted with the room and the teacher. Busing information and other needs will also be addressed. To help make this orientation go smoothly, please note the following:
The August 11th orientation will start at 10:00 am in room K20 and should last no more than one hour.
Please bring your incoming Kindergartener or TK student.
Please do not bring brothers and sisters of your new student. This is your child's special time and siblings, wonderful as they are, distract your attention.
Class assignments will go out on Parent Square August 5th.
Your attendance at this orientation will provide you with important information and will help make the first day of school a success. We look forward to seeing you there.
