Hello Pine Grove STEM School Families,

I hope you have all been enjoying a wonderful summer.  School starts on August 14 and that means it's time to update all emergency information in Aeries.   Please follow the instructions attached to get an Aeries Parent Portal account, and if you already have an account, please log in and update all of the information before Wednesday, August 7.   It is important that we have the most up to date information for emergencies and to be able to communicate with you regularly.  Our Parent Square contact information comes directly from Aeries, so we need accurate emergency contacts, phone numbers, and email addresses.    You can use this link to get to the Aeries Portal: https://amadorcusd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx

While completing the Aeries information you will see a few other forms, including one regarding family income.  The Household Income Data Collection form information you provide remains confidential and is critical for our school to receive additional funding resources.  

On Friday, August 9, you can log into Aeries to see who your child’s teacher is for the 2024-2025 school year.
